Someone who believes the lottery draws are rigged, then goes out and buys a ticket is quite stupid. It would depend on how it's rigged. Eddie Tipton had friends and relatives who knew it was rigged, and it turned out fairly well for most of them. Other than the prizes being split, everybody still had exactly the same odds of picking the winning combinations.

So I have been watching the Cash Pop game. After I won $5, I noticed that the 11 had not hit yet. As of now they have had 59 games and no 11. Its a 1 thru 15 game. So my question is - is it rigged that the 11 has not hit yet???? And if not, how long would the 11 have to be out before it is rigged?

Of course the lottery is rigged! It's always been rigged. Even when gangsters ran the lottery it was rigged, yet millions of people played the lottery. There is nothing new under the sun.

My point exactly. Someone who believes the lottery draws are rigged, then goes out and buys a ticket is quite stupid. It actually means they don't really believe it's rigged, they just feel the the need to blame someone else for their failures. Look at the odds for any jackpot game....that tells you all you need to know about your chances to win a jackpot.

You should become the kind who believes there is a pattern. They definitely seem to have more fun. The kind who think the lottery is out to scam them are miserable, and addicted to boot. (Because why would they keep playing games that are rigged against them?)

FL lottery is a bunch of crooks. The machines are rigged. Constant repeats. They rarely throw trips or quads. Save your money and play elsewhere. I live in FL and have more success in other state's.
