Correction: I don't think this is a second chance drawing. The rules do not say losing tickets and you do not have to hold on to the ticket to claim winnings. It looks like even winning tickets can be entered.

Correction you could play it 103 and 130 I noticed that all majority of the umbers that came last year and this year that is the same came the exact same way. So if 103 comes it can come those two ways.

Technically they are still $2 per play in Idaho, but they force you to also buy the Power Play option for an additional $1 per play. However, your quote did point out an error in the article (which I have now fixed). I left out that Powerball is also played on Mondays. So thanks for the correction.

I think that thinking applies to casinos. I have heard of players been banned for reading cards etc at those establishments. State lotteries, lottery? Doubtful, but that's just me. I am open to correction nonetheless.
