Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Here is further evidence Powerball is still winning the race. ... After 5 Mega Millions draws .. PB has fairly consistently grown faster than MM, including under the $2 per ticket format, because of the 3rd weekly drawing, with short variations when MM has a really big jackpot. The consensus seems to be that Sunday drawing are unlikely, so MM has to work with just the 2 drawings per week. The differences you're comparing are advertised jackpots of 358 vs 20 and 474 vs 145. Over those drawin

Steve Player is not A Lottery expert Investigation.
Investigating Steve Player A so called lottery expert 1. Background and marketing narrative The name Steve Player (often called the Lottery Player ) is used to sell lottery betting systems. Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
It will prolly be a little higher for Friday. Like with PB and TX Lotto having the largest jackpots for the week on Saturday, MM has the largest jackpot on Friday. A lot if not most players wait for the last draw of the week to play.

Montana Lottery aims to prohibit bulk purchases after group takes gamble on $1.6 million jackpot
* Yes it is a hard one Costigan makes a valid point. Your State pours money into a jackpot an outside entity swoops in claims it all. Then you have some members watching jackpots grow while they stand by doing nothing to make it grow then hope others don't win because they now have skin in the game.

LOTTERY POST 25TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY #4
If I could only play one game the rest of my life I think it would be Fantasy 5. The reason is because you only need 5 balls to match to win and also the jackpots still get reasonably high. (Gets into 6 figures.) I think this lottery has good odds.

$1.7 BILLION: Powerball jackpot juggernaut keeps rolling
+ That's kinda tacky Dickeyboy. After all California contributes mightily to all jackpots you don't hear them complaining when they don't win the big one. Yet lots of folk don't want to see them in the winners circle, why is that? Quit hating on the 5th biggest economy on the planet., CA is extremely generous, be grateful in at least one respect.

Yea the just paying games like usual. Just like 559 hasn't came out since 2023 should have came last night. But you can expect crazy stuff whenever the jackpots are as high as they are right now.

You're welcome. I have one Powerball and a couple of Super Lotto Plus tickets for tomorrow. If it can't be me, then I hope it's one of us. Watching these jackpots roll for months can make them boring despite the jackpot sizes growing to ridiculous amounts.

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
There is a lot of discussion on how the Mega Millions jackpot is growing so slowly. But the reality is, both the Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots are growing slowly. Currently, the Mega Millions jackpot is growing more slowly than the Powerball jackpot simply because the Powerball jackpot is much larger - about three times as large. The current Powerball jackpot at $700 million was reached after 35 rolls. The 35 roll record for Powerball is a whopping $1.76 billion - over twice as large as t

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I do chuckle at the MM statement they put in their news release on 3/25/25: The game will feature bigger prizes at every non-jackpot prize tier, better odds to win the jackpot, better odds overall, larger starting jackpots, and faster-growing jackpots. Starting at $50 Million didn't seem to energize much needed sales to support that claim. Let's see if the sticker shock of 150% increase wears off after a year or as one poster put it, they have a few runs that go for 30 drawings or more .
