It should be obvious it's possible to rig a drawing, but is the risk of getting caught worth losing multi-billions in yearly sales? Nick Perry was caught fixing a PA pick-3 drawing, the results benefited the players and not the lottery. Oh yeah, that's REALLY bad... Liu had the REAL Winning ticket and was accused of cheating... Ouch. On another note, he was done even more dirty by being the one pictured on the Website and NOT the REAL cheater, Yang... I thought Liu was the one who was the Cheater at first glance, and he is the innocent Winner and Victim! They should have pictured Yang first and outed Yang as the Cheater. Something like, Cheater, under Yang's picture first and Innocent Winner and Victim, under Liu's picture.

Nothing's on que. I post when I think of it. B-216 said he's trying to understand where you are coming from. I already understand. You think games are rigged or they are watching you. MM odds = 1 in 302,575,350. I think it's really funny when you gripe that they cheated because the megaball isn't the right one drawn. LOL. I don't consider the scenario I suggested is 'rigging' the lottery. It's not cheating the players; it's just tilting things a little in the interest of generating large jackpots. My opinion is that if you asked the average Joe on the street, do you care if the lotteries are set up to make it really hard to hit but that means when you do hit, the jackpots are hellabig, Joe would say so long as I stand a chance, I'll keep playing.
