In California there is possibility to claim jackpot win with multiple ownership claim form up to 100 participants inside one lottery pool. Verbal agreement will do if ticket purchaser is a honest person. No written agreement will change that fact. Persons with integrity (often immigrants or low income bracket type will qualify ?) It is the banker class that may run away, correction will run away with group play money, if anyone.

Just a correction to my own reply, it is also not an option when you get 5+0 to win $1,000,000 with Powerball. Just the standard $2/ticket.

My mistake I just looked at them sum numbers that last number should of been a 963* For Florida. I just made a correction but you never know where both of them numbers will come 962*
