Wanted to know if anyone knew why Betslips charges $2 per play on most jackpot games when the states charge $1? And you have to at least purchase $10 worth? Now I know about the min $10 credit card charge rule which makes sense cause the money is on your Betslips account but in the jackpot games you have to purchase $10 worth each order?? Is anyone familiar with this?

Yea,.. Nikkicute... I'm on the same page as you.. My previous statement was refering to store clerks, and bystanders, regular players, taking note of your wins, if you were to cash your winning tickets at the same Store you submit your Betslips and possibly discarded betslips..etc.. Not Lottery Officials...

Speler, you're sooo right! When I used to scan betslips the scanner would jam (and forget where it left off), and I'd have to run the betslips thru scanner again. I should create a logo called Betslip Busters.
