That's right, math is not required. As I said before the data is not missing now. You have it now. Study it and play to your advantage. If you are trying to perform some kind of standard deviation/reduction model. DON'T DO IT. Use what you have not what you want to do.

Couldn't one run an independent study of numbers...like you get a program to generate 100, 500...1000 sets of random numbers for the game you are playing and use that data to figure out a system for that game? Since the history of the actual draw is getting messed up do to pre-draws would your own data based on your independent draws be better suited than something that as you say gets tampered with by lottery officials? You are trying to find patterns in randomness are you not?

If I were you I would study Fantasy 5 since you are in CA...look at past drawings...a 1-39 game is going to be easier to figure out than MM or a 1-47/1-27 game like SuperLotto. Good Luck!
