It's an advance fee scam (similar to those letters asking you to help smuggle millions out of Africa for a perecentage of the proceeds) - dventually if you respond they'll ask you for processing fees , which they will take and disappear (or keep asking for more as problems come up, if they think you can be suckered out of more money).Just send that letter into the circular file....

A SIMILAR INCIDENT OCCURRED IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. The purchasing persons were taxi cab drivers from Africa living in Atlanta. If I remember correctly, the case was settled earlier this year(2004).I believe that the judgement was for all to share an equal amount minus attorney fees. (dont know how much)Also, there were five drivers that were on duty the night the ticket was purchased and six others that had been excluded since they were not present to contribute their portion. Well said Johnny5 there's a member in here named DAXIE from South Africa that said it's a waste of time to use software and systems because the Lottery is based on LUCK and if GOD doesn't choose you to win you won't.I explained to her how you WON and gave her other examples to prove her statement was incorrect this person also says that STATISTICS show that all winners around the world won with LUCK or from GOD only.Did you PRAY to win that $5000 or used a LUCKY RABBITS FOOT?
