So I didn't play last night, but that 17 did come out and I was told this. The girl that I work with text me this. Yes it's something I am really looking at cause I was listening to something I heard from a actor who passed away he said he used play late peoples deaths and birthdates and years he said would hit money here and there the late Jackie Gleason that's where she heard it from that was celebrities it has to be celebrity deaths

Nice to see there were multiple winners for the jackpot this time around. Even split between two different winners, that is some life changing money. I imagine the moment they realized that they won must have been incredibly surreal. I often try to imagine how it would feel in that moment, heart racing, lightheadedness. Maybe one day I'll get there myself.

It's mind-boggling how many people are willing to subsidize somebody who has 50, 100, 1000 or 100,000 times as much money as they do. Idaho uses lottery proceeds for schools. I already pay my fair share when I pay my property taxes. On top of that, I pay 10X that amount to the lottery each year. My state taxes have been overpaid for 30 years now. I'd be happy to pay full tax on Saturday's Powerball jackpot, but I would love it if the state didn't collect tax on lottery wins until the ca

There's that increase to 1.4! I agree I think it's going to end up between 1.45 and 1.5 tonight. Saturday is projected at 1.7 but I'll be surprised if it's not between 1.8 and 1.9 My thinking is the out of ordinary factor is when people are nervous about the economy, lottery sales increase, we also haven't had a jackpot over 1B for awhile so there isn't the burn out. And personally I'm putting money I would have spent on mega into PB instead so a lot of other people probably are too. Me
