Someone who believes the lottery draws are rigged, then goes out and buys a ticket is quite stupid. It would depend on how it's rigged. Eddie Tipton had friends and relatives who knew it was rigged, and it turned out fairly well for most of them. Other than the prizes being split, everybody still had exactly the same odds of picking the winning combinations.

So I have been watching the Cash Pop game. After I won $5, I noticed that the 11 had not hit yet. As of now they have had 59 games and no 11. Its a 1 thru 15 game. So my question is - is it rigged that the 11 has not hit yet???? And if not, how long would the 11 have to be out before it is rigged?

Lol that you're saying california has a higher population than China or India combined is totally nuts. If the lottery were rigged, it would be so california and Florida dont win. Sales would be better from other states if people didn't see those 2 winning all the time and the objective of the lottery is to increase sales. I don't believe the lottery is rigged (at least the non RNG games). But, I will say that this is the 2nd time that Powerball has had to delay results. The 1st time this occurred, there was a huge drop off in the rate of sales, and they still haven't recovered that volume from one draw to the next.
