Heads up for users of the PA lottery mobile app.
They now require you to be a member in their VIP club (where they can identify you) to use the stupid ticket checker in the app... don't bother, they are probably trying to track down people who do not pay taxes on the small hits (or is everyone reporting that $2.00 win on a $5 scratch off?) or some other such nefarious nonsense. If I was to go there, I would do 3 to 4 month rentals. That way I don't have to spend a fortune paying for utilities, taxes, maybe a caretaker as well. Then I can go to different islands every winter I wonder if I won I would do that. Sometimes I feel what one plans before the actual win changes like 95% after the win.
