If memory serves me correctly ( and it usually doesn't) are there not about three people from the Kentucky lottory in jail right now convicted of rigging one of Kentucky's lotto games? Something about putting a drop or two of water in several ping pong balls which restricted the chances of them popping up? If anyone knows the correct state, please make the necessary correction. I've had this happen to me on several occasions. The first one that I remember is that I woke up and turned the tv on to see what number had come in FL the night before. On the screen I saw that 179 had come in. When the news reporter came on, he said that they had a correction to make and the winning number from last night was not 179 as previously reported, but 123.
