I have bought multi country lottery tickets as part of a pool. The pool bought Euro Millions and Euro Jackpot tickets when there have been bonus draws with huge jackpots. The jackpots were well over $100 million and the odds are better than both Powerball and Mega Millions.

I do not know how many people are in the pool. The pool is split up into shares where people can own multiple shares. I only have one share. Winning $1 million is good enough for me. We are only playing 20 tickets per draw. This allows the pool to last a relatively long time. I joined the pool last year and it is still going. Good news and good news. The first good news is the pool finally won something in yesterday's Powerball. Switching to Powerball was good luck after the big Mega Millions loosing streak. The other good news is the pool plans to buy tickets for both Mega Millions and Powerball. The pool organizer must have also received questions from other members questioning the dropping of Mega Millions. With two games in play, this doubles our chances of winning.
