Foreign Lotteries Sound Off!! Can Foreigners Play Your Lottery?
I've already asked this question about the Euro Millions Lottery and learned that you have to be a resident of the participating country to play the Euro Millions Lottery. My question is does this same rule apply to the regular lotteries ran in foreign countries. Australia, Austria, Bargados, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Caribbean, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Dominican Republic, England, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamica, Japan, Korea, Latvia

Someone is going to make money out of this. They now hired a lawyer and are going after the lottery commission in Belgium. They expect to get each 25.000 euro's from the Nationale Loterij. Ok, My mistake. That happens when one prefers to play online. Boxed play is possible in Belgium. Hi Lantern, well, i have no idea at what hour they power up this computerised draw. What i do know is that you can only validate your tickets until 6 PM local time, that would be midday in New York.
