Study ranks Missouri lottery as ninth best in U.S.
Looking at the point assignments, I can only see 2 or 3 categories where fairness is involved and that's if you include bilingual. The study was made in Texas that does have a large Spanish speaking population but I don't see why it's unfair if any US state lottery printed tickets, ads, website, or billboards only in English when the US Constitution was written in English. To be totally fair, this study is suggesting that all lottery ticket sold should be printed in every language spoken or read

Fixed Lotteries
You don't have to guess at about anything, all you need to do is take a good look at and study the games' past draws, ask yourself What are the Natural odds of this and or of that happening and of those things happening so often or as often as they happen ? , many people just don't seem to know much at all about patterns, no wonder that they can't predict right anything, at least not often enough.
But since perhaps none of us has a lottery draws machine, we have no Base-Line readings wit

KRB's P6
I ENJOY THE LOTTERY!!! HEre you go:
Print the last 10 draws from your P6 GM (Mine - FL Lotto)
Starting with the 1st set of #'s - work your way up starting from the bottom. Study the patterns off ODD/EVEN - After determining what you think will draw next - play that (Odd or Even)
Then again work your way up from the bottom and study the pattern of Single digit or Teen digit #'s. After determining what you think will play next - play that (either single or teen)
Do the 2 steps above fo

Quick Pick
I think it all depends...do you trust your instinct or that the green computer at the end of the store counter is going to be the ONE to select your #'s. I do not use a system but do select my own #'s. For instance last Sat Fl Lotto winning #'s: 5-9-14-21-22-42
my own #'s: 5-10-14-21-33-50
Wed 10 - 11 winning #'s: 12-15-24-30-40-48
my own #'s: 12-16-23-25-30-48
Now as you can see they are both 3# wins - The previous Wed Dr

Priorities
That is right, you can crack a particular state in time and with a lot of study and you have to keep on studing the draws as they come every day.
Better to stick with one state for this to work best.
Also, it would work best online as they pay more.
My predictions were better for Texas, the few times that I have predicted on the Pick 3 or Lottery Systems forums as Lantern and or Excalibur, because I spent more time looking at the patterns on those draws.
I am not a gambler, I don't p

Ohio Pick 5 Number Strategy
Several LP members following my blog have advised me of their inability to understand exactly what I am trying to express through the graphics I have posted. I will try and clear up some of the mystery on this forum. Some of the problems me thinks is, some of the folks with questions have no idea what to ask, and I have no idea how to answer. So, I will post some things here and see if the water gets any clearer. Once it is learned it's clear as daylight, but first we have to climb some walls. H

Maryland Lottery a case study in the science of random numbers
The Maryland Lottery provides a good example of why true lottery ball machines are much better than a computerized drawing for choosing lottery numbers. This is the super-secret lottery vault. It's 90 minutes before Tuesday's lunchtime picks, and Patrick Morton, the 35-year-old drawing manager for the Maryland State Lottery Agency, is only half joking as he hovers over a small keypad deep inside the studios of WJZ-TV.Beside the keypad is a large metal door - locked, alarmed, monitored by camera.

New Psychic Lottery Predictions
Traveling Through Timeby Clifford Pickover What is time? Is time travel possible? For centuries, these questions have intrigued mystics, philosophers, and scientists. Much of ancient Greek philosophy was concerned with understanding the concept of eternity, and the subject of time is central to all the world's religions and cultures. Can the flow of time be stopped? Certainly some mystics thought so. Angelus Silesius, a sixth-century philosopher and poet, thought the flow of time could be suspe
