The trouble with your posts is that you give an opinion and expect everyone to support it as fact...and the facts you pull out of thin air (or out of that smelly place I mentioned in my too long post) are anything but facts. Typical of your stereotyping, you take ONE proposal in ONE state and ascribe it to every other state..well, red states, anyway. It's easy to see your context .

A small degree of tweaking needs to be done to insure the validity of one's predicted numbers.
