British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
That was an overstepping beyond what i know. That pretty much describes EVERYTHING you opine upon. The trouble with your posts is that you give an opinion and expect everyone to support it as fact...and the facts you pull out of thin air (or out of that smelly place I mentioned in my too long post) are anything but facts. Typical of your stereotyping, you take ONE proposal in ONE state and ascribe it to every other state..well, red states, anyway. It's easy to see your context .

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
Too long to addres everything but i will point out three things Davy Crockett- I raise the white flag. That was an overstepping beyond what i know. Christian Taliban - http://www.wral.com/proposal-supports-state-religion-in-north-carolina/12296876/ No one lives in Wyoming or South Dakota - I forgot what exactly i was replying to but i wasn't in any way trying to demean these states like you're proposing. I'll look and see the context for why i said it.

Alabama governor calls special session for state lottery
Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley believes a statewide lottery is the permanent solution to fixing Alabama's funding woes, and Wednesday, he called for a special session to discuss the proposal. In a video released on the Office of the Governor website Wednesday morning, Bentley said the goal is to get the proposal passed by the Legislature and hold a statewide vote on amending the state's constitution to allow for a lottery. The time has come for us to find a permanent solution. This solution

Connecticut considers allowing online lottery ticket sales
Lawmakers are considering legislation that would move the Connecticut Lottery online for state residents. A bill raised by the legislature's Public Safety and Security Committee would allow for lottery tickets to be sold online through a licensed vendor. If the bill moves forward, Connecticut would be one of the few states in the country to offer online lottery tickets. It would also be one of the only states to sell online tickets through an outside vendor. I've never heard of this befor

How To Validate Or Discount Any System With The 'Bankroll' Litmus Test
Congratulations, LuckyLoser This proposal brings back memories somewhat of lotterybraker's Dash for Cash . A small degree of tweaking needs to be done to insure the validity of one's predicted numbers. I remember before Pick3 Guy taking a lot of credit for hits that he actually didn't pay for upfront and so have others (I won't mention any names). But please encourage lakerben and Miracle to join in the fun. I'm sure they each have a lot to contribute. BTW: I'm in, wouldn't miss it !

Pennsylvania lottery winners to be taxed for the first time
a proposal to tax lottery winnings over $600. Hopefully somebody told Wolf they need yearly lottery winnings of $489 million to generate $15 million in new revenue or maybe he was told someone in PA will win a $489 million cash value jackpot every year. Pa lottery winners over $600 won't get much sympathy from horse racing, bingo, and casino winners and will get none from the non-gambling residence. There was and still is a PA state tax and Wolf wants to eliminate the lottery winnings over

Pennsylvania lottery winners to be taxed for the first time
New Penn. Gov. Tom Wolf proposes historic tax increases By Todd Northrop Tucked into the depths of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's first budget plan is a proposal to tax lottery winnings over $600. The newly-elected Democrat Governor's spokesman says that California and Pennsylvania are the only states with income taxes that exempt lottery proceeds. Some states have no income taxes, and those states also do not tax lottery winners. We have a massive budget deficit that we need to c

Monopoly Millionaires game
If they bring the game back, as long as it has the Monopoly theme, they will award Monopoly hats to MMC winners. It's part of the contract I've been mentioning. And again, there are no hats. Each lottery is given 3 samples for sizing purposes only and they're not allowed to give them away. Once they learn the winner's head size, then the hats are produced and shipped directly to each winner. So it's not like the lottery has a stockpile, like they do with their branded t-shirts and mugs. I'

Washington woman wins $90 million Powerball jackpot on first try
The Lottery is an equal opportunity game. Anybody can win. Of course one must be 18 years old or older. I agree with the 10% Fed tax proposal. Even better make it a 0% tax rate. I am thinking about winning and then coming onto this Lottery Post site and update everyone here. Just thoughts going through my mind.

New Systems Forum just based on real stats and facts!
IF I CAN'T HEAR HOW WOULD I KNOW THE VIDEO WAS NARRATED BY AN INDIAN SPEAKER? It's irrelevant. I knew, and it's why I made the comment, assuming you would complain about not understanding the narrator. If you really thought the LRU algorithm was a serious proposal for Lotto, you're not as smart as I thought you were.
