How long have you been playing the lottery and or scratch tickets for?
Well, I started losing back in the early 1990's on the Texas Lotto. I started out spending $1 because figured it only took one $1 dollar to win all that big money! I did that twice per week for quite some time and decided to increase to $5 after I didn't realize any wins. Do the math here: $2 per week for a long, long time with absolutely nothing to show for it. Nothing. Approximately $100 or so later, I decided that $5 bucks would make it better and easier to win with a few more numbers involve

Proposed Buffett Rule and How It Would Apply to Some Lottery Winners Who Invest
That doesn't prove or disprove anything, except that they were wrong 40 years ago. The Koch brothers funded a study to disprove global warming/climate change, and couldn't. They ended up reconfirming what has been said. Now, don't get me wrong, these hyper-environmentalists are just nutjobs hell bent on controlling the economy through environmental protection .
Global temperatures have risen, though. That doesn't mean all the snow stopped. We may have seen bad snow storms, but we've also

$310 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot in rare territory
OK, so you are saying you did believe the world was going to end on May 21 and then again on Oct 21. To believe that makes you a Christian? So what is your next best guess?
I know a way you can make your prediction more accurate. Stick a gun in your mouth.
I think when they researched the study, they spent most of their time in your neck of the woods.

Do you think some people are more lucky than others when it comes to winning?
As for the jackpot games I think it's all luck. To put it in perspective, with 300 + million people living in this country, 150 million could all buy a different number and no one may win. As far as the smaller games like pick3 and pick4 people can and do win quite often. All it takes is a willingness to study the game.
If someone goes to Las Vegas and wins a blackjack tournament was it luck, or was it the players skill at the game? I believe it does take a certain amount of skill to win th

Are there currently any open source lottery softwares?
I have my own way of tracking lottery numbers, but I want to write my own program that reflects my method. I have learned the basics of programing on a number of different languages, but I am having trouble using my beginners knowledge to start coding a working lottery software. Does anyone know of any open source lottery softwares that analyze lottery statistics over just wheeling that I can study and maybe learn backwards by looking at the source code. Also I prefer not to use Excel or spread

PI in the Pick 3? What are we talking about exactly? A few ideas...
I don't like playing a bunch either. Out of 220 box, playing just 9 is decent...And to reduce it more, but now sure which to play, study this system or any system for a while, and learn as much as you can with the way it twists and turns. Little by little, you will see what to play or rather tweak and play... You'll see patterns, patterns, patterns...
Sorry I don't play online, just on line at the corner store...
Thanks lotsofwins

Yea, it's tough to figure out the ones to play...Like you say, nobody knows for SURE what number will fall....It has to be mostly luck but it does pay off many times to study the numbers...Going to stay with the 362 till it comes like you are doing with the 239....Just hope I have $5.00 on it when it falls....I remember last year when I wanted that 612 to come....lol...I spent more than 2 times what I finally got when it did come...lol..But, the 236 number usually falls about every 45 days or so
