GS, I think what VLM was saying is that he would copy the link as it appears in the Address bar of the web browser (starts with http://.....). However, I always recommend using the small post icon directly on the post itself, if you're directing someone to a specific post. You can look at any link and easily see if it will bring you to the top of a topic, or will scroll to a specific post within a topic: If the link has only 1 number at the end, the link will go to the top of the topic

What happened to Lotto Hideout?
I loved that site, the address is www.LottoHideout.net, and it has been up since I found it last year I think, but it is gone as you will see if you click on that link. It had tons of information on the tickets, such as the top prize, best vs. worst tickets in a ticket range. All tickets were categorized by price. These are for Georgia.
