I am not going to promise 13 hits ok..the state I back tested on had 13 hits in 18 days..5 straight and 8 box..I am hopeing there will be more for you in pennsylvania..but it may cycle out quickly..those numbers I posted for Missouri for 18 days havent even started to hit yet..I have been getting pairs but not all 3 numbers..I am waiting for the cycle I am looking for to start..then it will start dropping of some winners there or at least I am hopeing it will..tonight would be a good nite..sinc

I generally use another site to play online lottery because I can access my winnings more quickly and they have later cut-off times there. But I do play at betslips when lottery funds are low.

It would be legal I think if you moved it offshore to another country. You can base the headquarters overseas and bypass that law if I'm not mistaken. I thought Betslips was in the USA anybody know? You would have to get some legal advice it wouldnt be cheap. And you need some startup money and other people to go into business with you.

i can play 40 numbers on betslips where i use to play 20 when i played in the regular state lottery.plus i don't have a bunch of paper bets to keep up with.plus no more running to the store at the last minute when i feel like crap.instead i can lift my head off the pillow hit a few buttons and get my nap out......

It usually happens when people click on files that arrive through e-mail or on a web site somewhere. Your PC was not hacked -- you clicked on a bad file that you shouldn't have. You should not jump to the incorrect assumption that a site like Betslips or Lottery Post was involved. These are not sites with files to click on. You need to do some thinking about where you could have tried to open a file. Probably e-mail.

MyComputer got Hacked!!
I keep getting these windows that pop up and say spyware has been put on my computer..and last nite..a window popped up and said my files were being transmitted to another computer...I called betslips to see if they could get into my account and they said no..something weird here is going on and I dont know enough about computers to do anything..I cant even launch my internet explorer from my desk top anymore..some stupid page comes up wanting me to scan for something and wanting me to buy some

Hi, I really want to try these numbers but unfortunately, my state (CA) doesn't have a pick 4. I tried registering at BetSlips.com but they require a SSN which I'm not comfortable providing. Is there another way I can play online Mike? Thanks.
