I fixed some formula errors in the Excel file. The Excel file uses the Pennsylvania Pick 3 game Midday Evening drawings If anyone wants an Excel file for their Pick 3 game let me know. Thanks for the question, rguayabo2, it's not ignorant at all. The program has support for common languages that use the Roman alphabet, and it will treat letters with accent marks such as É and as if they were the letter without accent rather than ignoring them. I recently updated it to include even more language support, fixed a minor bug, added a couple more lucky predictions, and added a smarter feature that recognizes small numbers written out in words.
