I believe the best way to do this, is to try to predict the numbers that will come up. With either precognitive or visualization..... Not as much as visualizing the numbers to try to mentally force a certain number to appear , but, seeing the numbers that will appear. This way, your power won't conflict with the millions of others in the world who are probably trying to mentally force other numbers to come up as well.
