Idaho Lottery-winner secrecy bill headed to House floor
A proposal to provide more confidentiality for lottery winners got pushback Wednesday from the Idaho State Lottery Commission, but was ultimately approved by a legislative panel. This idea came to me from one of my constituents: an elderly lady who was a lottery winner but was quickly harassed by phone calls and people showing up at her door, trying to separate her from her winnings, said Rep. Lynn Luker (R-Boise). If we approve this, Idaho would join six other states that offer some form of

One Week, 14 Draws. 14 Straight Hits
You didn't state which you were going to play Pick 3 or Pick 4 ? What is involved in being 'with you' ? What 'risk' is involved while 'following'? The numbers are a little high around 800 or so but the idea is accuracy and consistency. (How accurate are you when you cast a wide net for just a few fish, or shoot birdshot ?) It seems that if you're going to buy 800 numbers at .25 (let me see.... if my math is correct ,.... that's 200 American dollars.) So, I am surely inter

New Systems Forum just based on real stats and facts!
Don't you guys ever get tired of trying to discredit everything I say here? You're getting meaner and now in denial pretending you never made these comments. It's irrelevant. I knew, and it's why I made the comment, assuming you would complain about not understanding the narrator. You knew he was deaf hoping he would complain so you could make more sadistic remarks? If you really thought the LRU algorithm was a serious proposal for Lotto, you're not as smart as I thought you we

Kentucky Democrats propose taxing lottery tickets
Democratic House leaders want to add a 6 percent sales tax to Kentucky Lottery purchases and expand the selection of lottery games as a way to increase funding for the state's ailing pension system. House State Government Chairman Brent Yonts, D-Greenville, said adding a 6 percent sales tax on lottery games could generate about $49 million a year for the state. Adding additional games to the lottery could generate an additional $70 million to $90 million, he said. Combined, Yonts predicted

Are QPs randomly generated numbers?
There are, in fact, lots of guys out there that have this kind of money to spend, Ronnie...I agree. Donald Trump, Bill Gates, Mitt Romney, the people on SHARK TANK, and many, many, many others...and I'm being very serious with you buddy. Problem is this: all these people are truly BIG BUSINESS PEOPLE that fully understand numbers, risk, and how to make (generate) money. Do you agree? So, I'm wondering why THEY haven't YET made a business out of winning MM's and PB with reasonable frequency. T
