Looks to me like your the one fascinated with Quads, you researched your states game, you know the averages, the turnarounds, the years that have gone by without one and you find all of it amazing , so I guess you answered your own question right? lol Don't know much about Lotto Math but Quads seem to be rare and in Pick 4 Lotto those are the only numbers that will get you a $5000 straight hit where you don't have to think about which way to rearrange the numbers because no matter the order

NICE WIN th19940305!! Good for you ! Dont'cha love it when the win is the first one you scratch ! I just went through 24 new $50 ticket - 4 here and there - EL ZIPPO !! Nada ......zero ... I'm done with $50 scratchers .. the new $50 game has 1.6 BILLION tickets ...... way too too many.
