That's a typo. There are 100 second-tier prizes of $50,000. Pretty lousy for a 50 year anniversary . I'll buy a ticket but just not as many. 2nd prizes should've been $100,000.

MSL put a picture of the new ticket on their official twitter feed. It appears that this is a 50th anniversary celebration ticket with over 100 prizes of $50,000 also. Looks like second chance games too.
