In Australia, in all states, lottery winners have the right to remain anonymous. Plus, all prize money is totally tax free.

UK National Lottery sees sales dip due to growing economic uncertainty
That's a good question. I thought that was a done deal as of August 2021 but I don't recall hearing anything else about it. If you remember there were some lawmakers in Idaho threatening to pull out of the Powerball group of states because the UK and Australia were being added. For some weird reason they apparently thought China was being added also, even thou no one had mentioned China. After some push back from voters, in Feb. 2022 Idaho reconsidered and decided to remain a Powerball state. So
