Is it possible for someone who doesn't live within the countries that host the euro millions play the euro millions? I have been reading that you must be from those countries who are involved. I have also read that you can play regardless of where you are in the world? which one is it? any help would be neccesary thanks

I saw that each of the three countries has its own jackpot.The NY Local Lotto (6/31) from 1999 had four regions with one set of weekly numbers.It bombed because of the 40% prize return (same as regular NY Lotto 6/59).
