These should work on 2013 and newer versions. You may need to change the security settings in your version of Excel since these files contain macros. You wi

I uploaded the Excel files and also updated the draw histories current through Wednesday 7/23/2014. Is anyone having the same problem? I will only update the draw history from now on. Make sure you open the 2 Excel files in the sequence I expained in the video and leave both Excel file opened. Excel files are for versions 2007 an

Excel Question
Is there a way that I can download the pick 3, pick 4, cash 5, or mega millions in excel format. I am trying to learn how to make my own excel spreadsheets, but, when I download the numbers from the Virginia Lottery website they come in Word. I tried to change the download file type to .xls, but, then it is just a jumbled up mess. All of the data is compressed into a couple of cells. What I wanted to do was to try to get the numbers into excel and then 'make' a pivot table. Something I saw

Now since I have let the cat out of the bag so to speak here's how I get what I showed in my first post about my idea. First I copied and pasted the prediction worksheet from the post to an email. It copy's just like it's shown then I edit all the dates out. Because when I special paste it to excel all the dates and times get jumbled. After I edit the dates and times. I paste the sheet to ex

To be honest I got bored.Sorry mate.It basically came across as an exercise in Class Creation. It has no real user interface. I thought a plugin architecture would best enable other users to develop their own classes . Besides,

what is the best type of programming to learn to use in lotteries?
Yes, no, and maybe. You can use VBA to call Python code from Excel. And you can execute VBA code through Python. But you'd need (at least) smattering of knowledge of both to do either. So Excel is good. Excel with Python is better (or at least Python is better supported). But all in all, Excel with VBA is probably the quickest, easiest solution. In reality it doesn't matter what language you use. Its all about what's right for you. Plenty of videos and web pages to help with that dec
