I live in australia so if i want to get in on the USA powerball etc i have to use the online sites, cross my fingers and pray for 2x good luck. 1x to win and 2x to actually collect the win. i only placed my 1st bet at betslips, and was puzleing how to make a less than game bet. there seems to only an option to play 5 lines for a total of $10 on lotto like power ball or mega ball. I thought i had solved it when i saw the pick 3 game has a bet 1 game option , so placed a $1 bet there

No, Todd can answer this better, but it's my understanding that Betslips never actually mails the tickets over state lines. The law isn't that someone can't be your representative and purchase tickets for you (like calling your brother-in-law) but that you can't send money or buy tickets using the US Postal service. Even when condensed.. the results are still just as random, so you will never actually know in advance what sum or O/E combo is coming.
