Hey Guys,
When running the NNLP using the latest 9 to 30 past draws, having the F parameter between 2 and 12 momentum 0.20 and 0.30 and Learning Rate 0.80 - 0.90 which is the best way to backtesting it? I am running it using Skipping the 3 last games and seeing the Hits with Skipped Training but I am not sure if I am in right path. Any ideas?

The overlap system
ive tried it and it works ALOT when i keep backtesting...most of Laker Bens ideas work good some not so good for my game but thats ok...to be expected...i always find a lot of pairs more in his systems thats ok too...i see way more than 17 times in 6 years or whatever...is Laker Ben perfect? NO... neither is anybody else
but he contributes a lot of good ideas some better than others its up to you to try them with your own game..i like this overlap a lot...the knock out pick 3 just wont produc

Go to:
Settings on page 18
Learning Rate should be 9E-05.
You must find the settings for your lottery for yourself, if my settings suck. Which means a few hours of backtesting of different settings.

Back testing systems
I don't expect the game to be any different looking back than looking forward. What I know is that the system could not have been designed just to fit the numbers coming in the future as those numbers haven't been picked yet. There is always the potential looking backwards that you could find a way that if you had just played it that way for the 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, whatever time period, I would have come out ahead. Its also too easy to say, oh it would have worked if i just had done the mi

New Mexico lottery 2/16-2/19
That x-x-x number is 386 on 2/16 midday
We can only take the known (pattern) and through experience
or backtesting assume what will follow/gravitate.
Like seeing digits 3 6..Old man's trick..the zero soon to follow.

Good luck.
I'm not done testing NNLP yet and think it still got potential.
Haven't used Percep-Lotron in a while except for backtesting.
Have used Lotto Sorcerer 8 on KENO with some promising results with settings on Distribution.

What do you use for statistical analysis?
Question for those of you who take a statistical approach to analysing the numbers, what tools do you use? (Looking for hot numbers, cold numbers, average days out, etc.) How about for building and backtesting a system?
Please name the tools in this thread, if it's something purchased.
I'm using OpenCalc (excel-like spreadsheet) and use simple formulas, but want to expand my capabilities.

Good stuff here!
Blackapple, combined with your stuff and Hillbilly's stuff, makes an awesome combination.
Did a lil backtesting and it works good on my end as well!
I found, that the most simpliest of workouts turn out to be the best of workouts!
