According to this I guess the numbers in VA drawn and pre-recorded days ahead. Some how I just dont think this is right. I think it's a wonderful idea. I also think lotteries should discontinue the pre-tests. As long as the balls are carefully weighed measured before each drawing, then there is no reason for them.
