Store payout when a winning ticket is sold (in Tennessee)
Did I miss something? When did this change?
If you won a prize and collected your winnings at the store then you might have missed a hint that the clerk was expecting a tip.

run for powerball (system)
No money. I played 13 as the second number and the rest were 30's and 40's. I played 16 as the pb... nowhere close on that one. I know it is not true, but I feel that it was intentionaly screwed up to come out a different way than originally planned. Other than that 16 as the pb, I will probably play the numbers again. Why not?

Should I report this error or not?
It might be a good idea for LP members to know what these numbers are. My tickets have 3 uniques series of numbers on the front and one or two on the back that indicates its position on the roll of paper it is printed on.
I bought a ticket once with the bar code completely cut off. I got home before I discovered it. Well, I thought I would take it up with the lottery commision if I win but it was a losing ticket so promblem solved.
