No, with that kind of money the first thing you do is take 25 to 50 million and park it with fiduciaries. There is no Charity Trap there are only idiocy traps.

A million dollar mansion? What is that a couple of boards and 20 bricks? The cost of housing has gone up considerably in the last 20 years. Be happy with a nice home in a good neighborhood. Donate the rest to charity. My charity! G

The only people I'd tell would be the 6 family and friends in my circle of trust who would share in the family trust I'd create. No big house right away. No flashy car, just a 2023 Prius prime, my dream car. No quitting my job, I love what I do. A secret we all take to the grave. Everyone gets $294k right away and each year more as the trust grows. If I happen to win the MM, I would prefer a more hands on approach to charity as opposed to dishing out money big name charities. Research shows that some - not all - of the big name charities are sitting on hundred of millions in endowments. Some charities can exist forever without even raising an extra cent by just living off the earnings from their endowment. If my 1 million dollar donation is going to be used 30 years from now, I would rather give it to a smaller local charity that w

I wouldn't spend A PENNY of the money ! Id take it to a bank and get the biggest loan I could get , use the loan to buy an apartment complex have the renters pay back the loan ! Id then have a massive income and could do anything at that point . So, with the INCOME I'd have from the large apartment complex id THEN buy a home. The home I live in and my lifestyle at that point would be 100% paid for and not from the winnings. I also wouldn't give a penny to scams , I mean charity .

Always have been. Do you know how many members don't post PB or MM numbers here for fear that someone else might play them? I always put my plays on display so someone else might share my lucky day if they're so inclined. And who said I wasn't going to give money to charity?
