IGT prevails in DOJ lawsuit; Wire Act only applies to sports betting
So we basically get confirmation for we already know. The Court declares that, as to the parties now before it, the Wire Act applies only to 'bets or wagers on any sporting event or contest.' the Wire Act applies narrowly to sports betting and does not apply to poker, lottery or other forms of online gambling . It is still completely legal to play the lottery across state lines online and offline.

$1.5 billion Mega Millions winner explains how "Lottery Lawyer" Jason Kurland stole $83 million
The winners can say nothing but there are the people working at lottery headquarters, someone that just happened to be there cashing a ticket or asking a question. There is a paper trail between the lottery and and their bank and the winner and their bank. The ID might be safe with Federal and State tax people, but there could be city and county taxes too. Some states by law must check for legal things like child and spousal support, court cost, liens, etc. Wonder how many people heard the

Could all lottery drawings be fixed?
No, no. Check your reading comprehension again (I know, that's a big word). I said... stupid as you . You have to improve your reading comprehension above 3rd grade level. If-when you do, I dare you to take your case to court and prove it to a judge.

Could all lottery drawings be fixed?
As usual, you dodged my question. Have you found a lawyer as stupid as you to take your case to court? And again. The only probability is that one of 302,575,350 combinations in MM will be drawn in each draw. I have no axe. No grindstone either. Just common sense, which you lack.

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
You can post that blue notice forever, but it doesn't mean you caused it. That night, ONE of the 302,575,350 possible combinations was drawn. Still waiting for you to take it to court and prove it. You can't.

Could all lottery drawings be fixed?
Check Maddog's challenges. Again, that blue screen is not proof of LO's cheating you. If you are so sure it is, hire a lawyer (if you can find one as dumb as you) and prove it in court.

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
Proof? What proof? And don't put up that Mega Millions notice. That proves nothing, especially concerning you. Again, put up proof that would hold up in a court of law. You can't. You're just all talk.

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
You have to PRINT OUT the Stats to see that ball# 1 was listed right next to # 11 ..and that ballz 40,41,42 were also consecutively listed , which show LOs manipulation of the data, tryn ta hide winning numberz..but We All know that... 1 in 292,201,338. We all know LO's don't have to manipulate anything. Try proving that in court. Judge would laugh you out and throw you in jail for wasting his time, if you could find a lawyer stupid enough to take your case.

North Carolina Lottery winner of $10 million sentenced to life in prison for murder
He's in his fifties and she was 23.... That makes many people ask the question of why was she in a motel room with a guy who is 30 years older than her? At the time of her murder he was old enough to be her father. Not blaming her just because she was with an older man, but that situation sure makes a lot of people wonder why she was with him in the first place. I read news reports that said he used a court appointed lawyer (a Public Defender) as his lawyer. If he still has a lot of money, w

A Washington, D.C. man who thought he had won a $340 million Powerball jackpot is suing the lottery and other companies related to the Powerball game after the district's website displayed the wrong winning numbers, which happened to match the numbers on his ticket. John Cheeks purchased a Powerball lottery ticket at the center of the dispute on Jan. 6, 2023. Although Cheeks did not see the Powerball drawing the following day, he saw his numbers posted on the DC lottery's website two days la
