Anyone who can't see that the courts are biased in favor of women are either lying or not paying attention. There are cases all over the internet where women get probation and men get 30 years for the same crime.

I suppose you could direct the machine to print out multiple quick picks.. If everything was on..
But (I assume) that would be pretty easy to catch -- ticket was sold while store was closed -- should be an easy search
So.. Pretty much a meaningless crime.. Unless they manage to sell unscratched tickets to other people

it's a long story. I love the PNW, OR/WA but it's very expensive and the crime is rising while the issues are just being coddled. It was frustrating to live there. But it is indeed beautiful and I miss the landscape but not the people.
