That was exactly my point though. By no means do I think it's rigged and by one of the smallest contributing states having won one of the biggest jackpots is only further proof. Not sure why people took exception to what I said when I was just trying to point out that it's as random as it gets. I had two tickets in the WI raffle but they were from the Milwaukee area and Appleton area. I struck out. I know people who drive to or through WI all the time. Next time I'll ask them to stop in Fond du Lac!
