Why hasn't Lotto America been hit in ages?
Any players that did play the Hot Lotto in those states are probably reluctant to play nowadays.
They probably associate Lotto America still with Eddie Tipton who manipulated the Hot Lotto draws.
Maybe they think that lottery can be manipulated as well.
I haven't bothered to compare those lotteries odds or anything, but with there are too many choices where to spend your lottery $$$.

Would you play if you find out the lottery is rigged?
People still played Hot Lotto after it was thought to be rigged and played the PA pick-3 after they knew a drawing was rigged. Many players won the night the PA pick-3 game was rigged and probably hoped it would be rigged again. The question of can and/or are they rigged is on another thread.
Continuing to play depends on if you're in on the fix.

Oh, those pesky leading 0's!
I knew Gary would get the two reasons I brought up a fictional character from video games, but regardless the topic, pesky leading 0's was mentioned in every one of our posts. I'm pretty sure hijacking a thread is when two or more posters start discussing unrelated topics.
Had one person actually justifying hijacking someone else's thread by saying others did it first. Similar to when Eddie Tipton justified rigging the Hot Lotto game by saying Nick Perry did it first.
What do you think,

What are the rights of lottery players as consumers
I think you can get a good answer to your question by looking at what happened to the people who won the jackpots immediately after the fraudulent wins orchestrated by Eddie Tipton. The money claimed by Tipton and his accomplices obviously should have gone to other players but the lotteries fought the subsequent winners when they tried to claim to money that would have rolled over if Tipton's fraudulent wins hadn't taken it.
In the case of the guy who won Hot Lotto the lottery tried to wease

Why hasn't Lotto America been hit in ages?
There are 52 (1-52) white balls in the first machine and 10 (1-10) Blue Star-balls in the second machine.
Draws take place same days as PowerBall.
Like PowerBall, there are 9 ways to win with minimum prize being $2 and the second prize being $20,000
The All-Star Bonus goes up to 5x meaning non-Jackpot winners could win up to $100,000
The states that played the Hot Lotto game (E.G. Iowa, Delaware, D.C, Tennessee, Maine, etc.) take part in this game.
Minimum Jackpot is $2

definition of due, overdue and not due
Not much difference between the definition of Frequent, Due or Overdue and Hot, Average and Cold.
Way back in the day a friend gave me a copy of Expert Lottery for Windows and after entering past lotto results, the numbers were divided into three groups, Hot, Average, and Cold. The next step was placing six numbers from each group into a 42 line 4 if 6 of 18 number wheel. Most lottery lotto games had less than 50 numbers and some where two lines for a buck . The wheel wasn't designed to e

Happy Birthday Todd!!
Thank you so much for everyone who took a moment to wish me a happy birthday! I took a little time off from work to go to the Yankees game today, which was a wonderful time. They retired Paul O'Neill's number (21) today, and the Yankees actually won. Just an amazing day.
I also wanted to say happy birthday to the other members celebrating today, including a1agape, Dr Lotto, Emprezz, Honeybfly, Hongkong076, Hot-N-Spicy, jeborde, jeffreystory, Lakasha Sejour, linbybag, Myohtetaung, Roxieky, Si
