Well, I use a courier service to buy tickets in overseas lotteries..
The service I am currently using allows me to buy tickets in Powerball and MegaMillions (but not powerplay/ multiplier -- a previous service did.. Different purchasing model.. More on that later) and various other international lotteries (Euromillions, EuroJackpot, SuperEnaLotto, Uk, France, Spain, Poland, Germany...)
The tickets are sort of 2.25 x face value.. A Powerball / MegaMillions ticket is US$4.55.
