Chasing random mathematically. Is there an underlying organization?
I was intrigued by this Idea when Greenfox first posted here.
In essence it comes down to a 4 Digit Number that represents the Right Digit of the Hit Counts of the following. The First Letter is the Game being Odd or Even. The Second Letter is for the Draw being Odd or Even.

Pick 3 All Odd 6-Way Combos Question
The North Carolina and Ohio Midday 5 Digit String ended today.
North Carolina Midday was 247 (1,2,4,7,9)
Ohio Midday was 947 (1,3,4,7,9)
This chart was just using Midday drawings only. I was not combining Midday and Evening draws.
Still working on those. LOL
I'm taking the last 100 draw history of each of the Midday states and looking for 5 Digit strings that have not hit.
If a state does not have any 5 Digit Strings in the above boxes it means that all 252 5 Digit Strings have

Oh yeah. If you are keeping your data as below, you'll need to reverse the EO and the OE to put them as odd, odd, even, even. That may have something to do as to why you was initially getting the different results.
