Delaware Sports Betting
In the news here is the possibility of Delaware reopening its sports betting. The 3 casinos are proposing that the betting be made excluse to the casinos only. I have also observed how Canada's Atlantic Lottery handles it through it's Pro-Line system. How do you think Delaware should operate sports betting?

Thought we might do a thread on sports numbers, this being a lottery board with a Gaming Forum and all. Here's a couple for starters: 52.6% - the winning percentage needed to break even in sports betting to overcome the built-in vigorish of betting $11 to win $10. -5 - A pointspread of -5 in football is considered a sting number. If it's a close game it's often decided by a field goal. So your team wins by 1, 2, or three points but you lose the bet.
