Pennsylvania Lottery nighttime television drawings: should it be revamped
There is a article that appeared in the Philadelphia Daily News back on 3/8/08 that suggest that the Lottery should revamp its nighttime television drawings. Do you think that the lottery should change the format of its nighttime television drawings to look more similar like Illinois.

Pennsylvania Lottery nighttime television drawings for 8/11/08 wasn't shown in Philly
Good evening. Here in Philly on WPVI 6, the Pennsylvania Lottery nighttime TV drawings didn't air tonight at 6:59 PM ET. Instead viewers got a black screen and the channel 6 logo for the entire time period that the drawing usually be on. Was this just a problem with just WPVI or was it statewide on the 5 other TV stations that carry the television drawings?
