No you call it user error. Some funny patterns on Floridas Pick3. Any system is ONLY as good as its decisions. Good day everybody. I'm new in this website and I live in South Africa and I just decided to drop by and share my experiences with the Lottery. i'll have my lawyer set up everything with the lottery pips,make travel arrangements to go to south africa for a good two months, look for a new residents, go to the lottery office shake hands,take picture after that off im gone to south africa. come back spend another month in some resort in hawaii, come back in georgia and immediately move to the new area.

Welcome to Lottery Post. I was born in South Africa, and my family has lived in South Africa for many generations. I have been in the U.S. since I was 22 months old. On an unrelated note, I would like to see South Africa start a Pick-3 game.
