Is Greed Good ??
I don't know how to explain this so that everyone will understand. No system to win consistently playing the lottery has been developed. It will never be developed we are playing games designed around odds that are mathematically designed so that one cannot bet enough numbers every draw to be profitable. People come on here and say they can win the lottery playing 40 dollars worth of numbers for every draw. If a box win pays 40 bucks what did you win ! just your money back. Thats not wi

Record powerball lottery winner reflects on sad life
Jack Whittaker seems to, even after a 6 year weird and strange ride, gotten is life together. He doesn't seem like what has happened to him has beaten him. Compare him to David Edwards, who only lives about 50 miles down the road in Kentucky, who isn't made of the same stuff and, when given the big bucks blew up like the space shuttle. He, according to the latest story, either is on his deathbed in a rural KY hospital or recouperating nearby. And broke. Edwards turned his cash on himsel

Record powerball lottery winner reflects on sad life
I think one problem with posting is that many of us are misunderstood since there is no face to face dialog. It's often hard to express what you want to say in a few words. Then the person who is reading them might be in a good mood, bad mood or simply read them too quickly. Anyway, What I meant by don't be ridiculous is I thought you were saying that maybe it's not such a good thing to win money and I would love to win a million dollars, even 2! I actually don't want the responsibi

Proven Method
Now wait a second, WHO ever said I had anything that was SO GREAT I said I have something that I came up with and I hit 6 times in a one month period and twice within a recent three day period. I don't recall ever saying it was SO GREAT as you said. and why would I want to share it you ask? Why Not? Although winning a pick 3 six times in a month is not to shabby, and most people would be extatic doing so, common sense says if most people would be happy doing this if they knew h

It Is very very Easy To Win!!
It is a well known fact many problem gamblers refuse to win. When they do win they keep playing until they've lost it all back and then some. Just bacause we aren't that twisted, doesn't mean we can't have a touch of the disease. How often do you try to study the lottery history and charts only to have your brain skitter about like a drop of water on a hot griddle? We opperate on multiple levels. On the surface we want to win, while on another level we are somewhat aware we don't

jackpot games vs. the numbers games
True, however, that is not the issue I was focusing on. The odds are the reality. Mike asked a question, and I gave my interpretation of what the differences were from both game types. We all know it takes a lot of people to fund the JP. The mere fact that is constantly bombarded to me by mis-guided people, telling me that someone wins most of the time is not enough to make me say...OH! okay !, I guess I'll just plunk down another 5 bucks because, afterall someone does win. You have to l

Futility
For a variety of reasons I had to vote Yes too. Some of it has to do with my study of odds, winners and their stories. How many tickets sold...how many winners, where they came from...how long they've been playing...how many tickets they bought..quick picks versus own picks and any other info I can glean. Some of it has to do with my own experience. I haven't missed a Powerball draw in over 2 1/2 years. Regardless of jackpot size I've been in them all. In the 3 1/2 years prior to that
