Florida man arrested after buying $31,000 worth of lottery tickets using company credit cardReply
Same here . In my state(Louisiana), it is not legal to buy lottery tickets with a credit card. Is it legal in Florida? Did he win any big prizes or was he sending in large numbers of tickets for second chance drawings? I don't feel bad for him since he stole from his employer and used a credit card which could be easily traced. He'll be locked away for a while.

The only way I put down $50 for a scratch ticket is if I already won $50 or more on a less expensive ticket/s. It is BIG enuff letdown when you buy a $20 scratch ticket and win nada... Anotherwords I wouldn't spend my own $$$ on that pricey a ticket.... When you lose .... You feel like a loser ..... And then you do the math and figure out how many pbs or mms tickets you could have purchased instead.

That is true. But people who claim they win big money usually are people who spend a lot of money to get it. Nobody wins every day. I venture to say that people who cash in big on Pick 3/4 spend more than just a couple dollars. I've been to the store watching people spend easily over $100 on combos, scratch offs etc.. I don't play those. I only play 5/39 and not every day. Maybe 6x a month when I feel it's right. I just hit within this week 4/5 twice and collected $1300. It's not a lot but odds
