Okay, maybe it will stick. I saw a msg on usamega that someone in NH won and posted it on here. I then noticed that it was only a few minutes past 9 pm pst and thought it was too early for results and double checked. The usamega announcement was gone so I deleted my comment here.

I'm curious to see the winner announcement. Both of those prizes were long overdue. I stopped buying the $10 WoF game weeks ago. I've never experienced worse payouts on a $10 game. Hopefully they will show the book number for both games. I'm curious if they were sitting in a low traffic store for this long.

I went to City Market. They had a Colorado Lottery announcement letter that explains they are adding a midday draw. First draw date is October 30, 2016. The midday draw will be 1:30 PM.

Illinois lottery winners file class-action lawsuit against stateReply
Just saw the news about the Illinois lottery and the announcement that any winnings over $600 can no longer be immediately paid. They will be issuing I.O.U.'s but with interest. With current interest rates at 0.25% I doubt any big winners In that state will be too thrilled.

Yes, I thought that was peculiar as well. I didn't go verify your find, but taking your word at it, I couldn't find anything about a huge JP drawing or a announcement of a winner on that day. I wonder if it might have been due to a glitch during a recent upgrade to the website.
