Selling an Annuity
I am thinking of trying to buy Powerball tickets in United Kingdom. My motive is to claim the jackpot and pay no taxes. But I do not want to keep the annuity. Does anyone have experience in dealing with annuities? How difficult is it to sell an annuity for close to its present day value? Thanks.

So a slow climb to a billion is arguably the game working as designed, not underperforming. Not really design, but I think MM was hoping that ticket sales wouldn't have dropped as much as they did.
