I did report it to the FL Lottery via legal representation. We got an apology for the incident. The store clerk was at fault. I can spend however amont of $$$ on the game of my choice. But I'll never go back to the store where I was arrested.

??? But it was your money. I find it hard to believe police arrested you for a stack of 20's. You had a very poor attorney to only get an apology. Sorry it happened to you but something does seem off about your story. The arrest alone showed poor judgment on behalf of the police as well.
