You're being downvoted mostly because you're factually wrong. The article says the winning ticket was a quick pick. Direct quote from article: His winning numbers were purchased with a Quick Pick, he emphasized. God picked for me, he said, pointing upwards. So, thank you. I with that statement, but for folks who believe buying 1 ticket is the same as buying 1000 tickets. That is false! It is not especially with odds like that! I remember an article about a high jackpot by a state lottery and an out-of-country company bought up all the possible combinations, they printed the betting slips, and sent agents who lived in various cities in that state to play in bulk. I aint sayin' nuthin to nobody should it actually happen and that includes posting here about it! I'm located in Florida, so I might be able to invoke Florida Statute 24.1051 which allows players of prizes of $250,000 or more to claim anonymously for 90 days.
