Scratch offs thrown in the trash...
I use to buy coffee and lotto tickets at this donut place. I would also grab thrown out scratchers. I found on average 1 discarded $5 -$10 winner a month. One time I found 5 attached $2 tickets where they forgot to even check the one in the middle. So, won another $10 bucks. If I won a huge award from a mis stakenly tossed scratcher, I would feel bad, tho.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
They reorder a proportionate number of lower tier prizes to the number of books ordered. If they order too many extra books, they are obligated to order additional top prizes. So they order just enough books to make money on awarding lower tier prizes without ordering so many books that they have to award a top prize.

Maybe because so many folks know the three letter codes? I think they count on a certain number of folks to misread a winning ticket and not redeem them, so they don't have to award the prize. There is a site that lists the three letter codes for sevral states.

California Scratch Offs
Hey Fun, thanks for sharing the new CA games, and yeah I agree Win Big game title definitely qualifies for the Captain Obvious award ...and I agree it's been awhile since Addams Family was a thing, but at least CA has a Halloween themed game...wish FL would. Funny you mention the Bear...wasn't there some CA games that had it as a winning symbol? Either way hope you Win Big on all of these!!

Hey Sum, thanks!...and yep I think the GRS got a big bump earlier from both tax return season and stimulus checks...will be interesting what the subsequent 2nd chance top prize levels will be in the remaining draws. Also, the GRS 2nd chance does indeed offers bonus scratch off award prizes at $1, $5, $10, and $25 values (the $25 level is redeemable for cash). These will pop up as tickets are entered and are not dependent of ticket value entered into the 2nd chance, there approx 500,000 of these

Last of the California Second Chance Jackpots
Took two snip years for them to award this winner. The second chance sucked all along. One of the biggest regrets of my life playing it in 2008. This post has been automatically changed by the Lottery Post computer system to remove inappropriate content and/or spam.

I also believe that it is a first occurrence where there are multiple multipliers, usually they'll just use the 20X $1 to award you $20 to keep things as simple as possible. I am still buying the Million $$ Match for 2014 replay entries, bought 2 more last night and lost on both.

Crooks stealing instant Scratch off tickets From Conveince Stores in NYC
And fir this very reason it seems to me the crooks would never be able to cash anything above $500 since they'd be caught at the lottery commission when they take it Sounds like Darwin award candidates to me!

Quick 50s
The Hit $50 or in your case Quick 50s isn't really a trap... But then again it's not the best game out there. I believe Tennessee has a $1 or $2 game where the top prize is either $50 or $100... I'm waiting for a $10 game called hit $1000. That would be interesting... Thousands of $1,000 prizes... That might be fun. But I really don't think players would respoind. I know SC and FL have $10 tickets where they award multiple $20,000 winners. The odds aren't bad and payouts are better than 70%.
