Hi folks, I have a question regarding the Euromillions Lottery. My question is how can Spain with a population 44million have more winners compared to UK with a population of 64million? Everytime I check where the Jackpot was won it's mostly France where the draw takes place and Portugal who are overtaking us soon. According to Wikipedia France have 90 Jackpot winners Spain 80 , UK 69 , Portugal 61 since 2004 ....The other countries are Switzerland where I'm originally from, Belgium, Austria

When he was still allowing 10 balls, I posted the simulated payouts for a small score. I saw that none before me posted that. Later he allowed 12 numbers. They play more full systems in Belgium, we also have forms for full key wheel systems so you can push a few numbers. The size of the full system is set by the payout of low prices. You would look at the break even. If 3 right wouldn't pay the system, it probably wasn't okay to play. It's one kind of reasoning. Only the full system garanties

Well, in crappy Belgium i had to send about a dozen emails a few years ago to Belgian lotto site, to explain them how they should put up the files for download, because the dates and data were all messed up. By the way, if you play Belgian Lotto or pick3, i advice you to go pay a visit to a brain doctor...

are clerks supposed to scan scratch tickets before you pay?Reply
Here in Belgium, they scan when they are opening a whole roll of tickets. That's a measure against theft. When you steal a whole roll of tickets and it's not scanned, you cannot receive your earnings. A single winning ticket will not be scanned, they only enter a number (on the ticket) in the lottery machine to check it's a winning ticket.

If you won the powerball...i think it might be wiser to become your own boss...you can literally do ANYTHING!!...well at least if the JP is over 100 million... I dont really know any job that i ever had that i wish i could be their part time...unless i was maybe a pornstar... anyway i dont think you can play PB from Belgium...you should stick to Euromillions...

Funny you should bring up virgin olive oil. I just finished eating a can of King Oscar sardines with extra virgin olive oil. Sardines were great, but that virgin olive oil is real slimy. Don't think I want that all over me either. As for the virgins , I've had my share. But please by all means Serge, pursue whatever virgins you can find. I'm sure Belgium is heavily populated with them!
