Canadian lottery winner fighting to remain anonymous
Coin Toss mentioned many times about how a huge effort to remain anonymous could result in even more publicity. In the U.S., because of the Freedom of Information Act, he can't file an anonymous lawsuit. despite a clear statement by the British Columbia Lottery Corp. (BCLC) that anyone buying a ticket must allow their name and photo to be published before collecting a prize. I guess he didn't read the back of the ticket.
